In machines of the Electrolux brand that are not equipped with a screen, the error code is read by the signals of the bulbs. The control panels have various modifications, but the decryption is not affected by the panel itself, but by the control module. So, in cars with the EWM 1000 module, the code is determined by two indicators located at the START / PAUSE (first) and “Wash End” (second) buttons.
The indicators blink rhythmically with a pause and a repeat of blinks. So, the number of blinks of the first bulb is the first digit of the code, the second is the second digit. If the first light blinks 5 times, and the second 3 times, then you have encountered error E53. In CMA models with the EWM 2000 module, the code decryption scheme is more complicated - 8 lamps are used here, which are located on the right on the dashboard.
